CWL-M centrifugal extraction separator mainly consists of motor, drum, casing, frame and controller.

Principle of separation

The CWL centrifugal extractor can be used in a single stage or in multiple stages. A single centrifugal extractor works as follows: during operation, the raw material liquid and the extractant enter the bottom of the machine from the respective feed ports. Under the high-speed rotation of the drum, the two-phase liquid enters a complicated eddy current and turbulent state to achieve thorough mixing. Mass transfer. Then, under the action of the rotating drum and the self-priming pump formed by the bottom fixed impeller, the mixed liquid enters the inside of the rotating drum through the central hole at the bottom of the rotating drum; under the action of the baffle, the mixed liquid enters a high-speed rotating state, and the density is high. One phase moves toward the drum wall, while the small density moves toward the central axis, and the separated two phases eventually flow out from the respective discharge ports to complete the mass transfer and phase separation processes.

At each stage of industrial post-treatment, the extraction and separation of two phases can be achieved by extracting Centella asiatica extract using a centrifugal extractor, which lays a foundation for industrial application.
